Terms and Conditions

By using BofuPosts, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use BofuPosts on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes that company.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the service.

BofuPosts is a SaaS tool that helps users monitor public social media conversations (including platforms such as Reddit, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook), find high-intent posts, generate AI reply suggestions, manage workspaces and keywords, and receive notifications.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise in the product or documentation, BofuPosts does not auto-post replies on your behalf. You review suggestions and publish or send content yourself through the relevant platforms.

We may improve, add, remove, or change features over time. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as leads, revenue, rankings, or follower growth.

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and workspace access
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access or security concerns
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms
• Ensure that anyone you invite to a workspace also follows these Terms

You agree not to misuse BofuPosts. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Spamming, harassing, or misleading people on social platforms
• Violating the terms, community guidelines, or rate limits of Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, or any other platform
• Attempting to access private, non-public, or restricted content through the service
• Reverse engineering, scraping our product beyond normal use, or interfering with security or rate limits
• Uploading malware, probing systems, or attacking infrastructure
• Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity
• Reselling or providing the service to third parties except as we expressly allow

Note: We may suspend or terminate accounts that create risk for users, platforms, or the service.

BofuPosts may offer free trials, paid subscription plans, and purchases of extra credits. Current plan details, credit definitions, and pricing are shown on the Pricing page or in-app billing screens and may change from time to time.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until canceled
• You authorize Stripe (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method
• Taxes may apply based on your location
• Extra credits are added to your account according to the pack you buy and plan rules shown at purchase
• Credits are for use within BofuPosts and have no cash value outside the service

If we offer a free trial, it lasts for the period shown at signup (for example 7 days) unless we state a different length. Trials may limit features, platforms, or credits.

At the end of a trial, continued access to paid features may require choosing a plan and providing valid payment details. We may convert a trial to a paid plan only when you explicitly choose a paid option or when the signup flow clearly states that conversion will occur.

We may modify, limit, or end free trials at any time to prevent abuse.

Because BofuPosts delivers digital access and metered credits, fees are generally non-refundable once charged. That said, we aim to be fair:

• If you were charged in clear error (for example a duplicate charge), contact us and we will review promptly
• If a technical failure on our side prevented reasonable use of a paid feature you just purchased, contact us within 14 days and we will consider a refund, credit, or other remedy at our discretion
• Unused subscription time after cancellation is typically not refunded, but you keep access until the end of the paid period unless we state otherwise
• Nothing in this policy limits refunds required by applicable consumer law

BofuPosts and its software, branding, design, documentation, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the service, such as keywords, workspace details, product information, and custom instructions. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

BofuPosts may generate AI reply suggestions and related drafts. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, generic, biased, or unsuitable for your brand or situation.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content. You are also responsible for how you engage publicly with posts and communities, including compliance with platform rules and applicable law.

We do not warrant that AI suggestions are unique, non-infringing, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

The service surfaces and processes publicly available social media content based on your configuration. Public data can change, disappear, or be inaccurate. Platform availability and access methods can also change without notice.

BofuPosts does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their content, uptime, policies, or enforcement actions against your accounts. Using insights from public posts does not grant you rights beyond what those platforms already allow.

We work to keep BofuPosts reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully available service at all times. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, rate limits, and force majeure events may affect access.

Feature availability may depend on your plan, remaining credits, platform integrations, and technical constraints. We may impose fair-use or rate limits to protect the service for all users.

You may stop using BofuPosts and cancel your subscription at any time through billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation typically stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law or approved under our refund policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay fees when due, or misuse the service. We may also discontinue the service or parts of it with reasonable notice when practical.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BofuPosts is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us for BofuPosts in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BofuPosts and its operators, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the service, AI suggestions, or public engagement
• Your content, keywords, product claims, or replies you publish
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
• Your violation of third-party platform rules or third-party rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the BofuPosts operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information. If you are a consumer with mandatory local rights, those rights remain available to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice such as email or an in-app message when practical.

If you continue to use BofuPosts after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service and cancel any paid subscription.
